Unlocking Balance and Fulfilment with the Wheel of Life

At the core of my coaching philosophy lies the belief in the power of the Wheel of Life. Derived from the ancient Sanskrit words "bhava" meaning life and “chakra” meaning wheel, this timeless concept has been guiding people towards balance and harmony for thousands of years.

This simple yet profound concept illustrates how every area of our lives – from career and relationships to health and personal growth – is interconnected. Just like spokes on a wheel, each aspect of our lives must be nurtured and balanced to achieve true harmony and happiness.

By examining each segment of the Wheel of Life, we gain valuable insights into where we are thriving and where we are struggling. It is common for clients to believe initially that only one area of their life is out of balance, only to discover how interconnected all aspects truly are.

My journey is a living testament to the transformative power of the Wheel of Life.

My journey

My real journey started when I moved to England at 17, speaking very little English. Thrown into a world that felt loud and foreign, I had to learn, very quickly, how to support myself and build a sense of home from the inside out.

In that search for stability, I followed the conventional route. For over 15 years, I worked in finance, ticking every box for a 'successful' career.

But despite my professional success, I felt unfulfilled, lacking a sense of purpose.

In 2019, I went through a lot of personal challenges. Instead of finding a therapist, I enrolled on a course that covered modern methods of psychology, including NLP, CBT, Transactional Analysis, Hypnotherapy, and Systemic Constellations.

During this journey, I noticed how my relationships with others started to change, but the most important relationship that transformed was the one I had with myself.

Regular practices with my peers made me realise how much I loved helping others, and I started questioning my chosen career path.

I knew I wanted to live a meaningful life, which meant I needed to change what I was doing.

There is a famous saying that there are only two people in this world we ever need to make proud: our 9-year-old self and our 90-year-old self.

  • The 9-year-old self is all about hope. We think about people, nature, and the future.
  • The 90-year-old self is about our history. When we look back, we won't think about money or status. We will think about what we did with our life and what kind of heritage we left behind.

When I imagined my own 90-year-old self, my path became crystal clear. I left my corporate job to help others live happier, more fulfilling lives.
